Former Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot is holding a farmers' conference to gather the farmers of the state in the wake of the ongoing agitation against agricultural laws. Under this, the first event was held in Dausa on Friday.
Now the next Kisan Sammelan is to be held in Bharatpur on 9 February and in Chaksu on 17 February. These conferences are being held to show solidarity with the farmers who have been protesting for 2 months. "We want the BJP-led central government to listen to the grievances of the farmers and withdraw the three agricultural laws," Pilot said. At the same time, I want the Congress to be strong in the state and help the farmers by sending the message of farmers to the Prime Minister.
Congress sources say the pilots have been sidelined since the 2020 incident and they are trying to take political advantage through this issue. He is also trying to send a message to the party leadership about his political support through Kisan Sammelan.
Please tell that Ajay Maken, who was in charge of party affairs in Rajasthan, was in Jaipur on Tuesday and Wednesday, but during this time he neither made any announcement regarding political appointments nor said anything about the expansion of the cabinet in the state. Apparently, this has disappointed pilot supporters. These pilot camp leaders have been waiting impatiently to get the department ever since they rebelled against the leadership of the state. These leaders hope that they will be given a place in the cabinet.
