UP News: A horrific road accident has occurred on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. More than 50 passengers were injured in separate road accidents. A bus going from Pokhara in Nepal to Delhi went out of control and collided with a divider in Unnao. More than 30 passengers are reported to be injured in the accident. The accident was so horrific that the right hand of the bus driver was severed. Police told Zee Media correspondent that the seriously injured passengers have been referred to Trauma Center Lucknow. Commonly injured people have been admitted to the district hospital. The accident took place near Gahar Purva village of Bangarmau Kotwali area.
As of now, the identity of the injured passengers is not yet known. Police say that all the information will be revealed only after interrogation of the injured. The bus has been damaged in the accident. On getting information about the accident, the police reached the spot and got everyone admitted to the hospital. Speeding is said to be the main reason for the accident.
On the other hand, 22 passengers were injured in another accident on the Agra Lucknow Expressway. A sleeper coach bus met with an accident late in the night at Milestone 67 of the expressway in Thana Nagla Khangar area of Firozabad district. 22 passengers were injured in the accident, who have been admitted to the district hospital in Saifai. According to the information received, the sleeper coach bus was going from Delhi to Gorakhpur. It is being told that due to the nap of the bus driver, breaking the railing on the side of the road, the bus went uncontrollably and fell into the ditch below. There were 36 people in the bus. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot with the help of a crane and got the bus out of the ditch. The condition of two of the injured is said to be critical.
